Drawing on Detroit's rich musical history that continues to captivate the world the Motor City Music Conference (MC2) will bring music industry professionals, musicians, and music fans together for showcasing, networking, career development, media exposure, promotional opportunities and much more. Over 400 bands from around the world will showcase in 40+ Detroit venues over 4 nights. MC2 will also include 3 days of music industry/A&R panels, and a cutting edge music and lifestyle trade show.

Over 25 music industry panel discussions were led by well-known artists, label reps, managers, booking agents and radio programmers who talked about every aspect of the music industry. Topics included getting signed to a label, booking, licensing your music for television and film, new technology, how to get airplay and more.
